Leadership Team

Tony Norris

Dealer Principal

After spending 10 years with the Ford Motor Company of Canada and 5 years managing Ford Dealerships in Edmonton my wife and I moved our family to Wainwright in 1998 to start Norris Ford Sales. Over the past 20 years Wainwright has a great place to raise our 4 children and gave us an opportunity to serve on boards and give back to our community. Teena worked with Wainwright Brownies for 6 years and together we served on the BSS Parent Council and BSP Fund Raising Committee. I have also had the pleasure to serve on the Wainwright Minor Hockey Board, the BSP Liturgical Council and Finance Committee and the K of C Council, where I was Grand Knight for 3 years. I was a Board member / Director of the Buffalo Park Foundation, served on the Twin Arena fund raising board, the Wainwright Provincial Curling Board and as Vice President of the Wainwright Chamber of Commerce, serving as Chair of the Annual Trade show for 3 years. Most recently, I served on the Wainwright Economic Development board and the Hospital Sub Committee. Wainwright has been very welcoming and kind to our family and it has been our pleasure to give back any way we can.

Blair Pizzey

Sales Manager

After spending 13 years as Sales Manager at Jubilee Ford in Saskatoon, I moved to Wainwright to be part of the Norris Ford family in 2002. Wainwright has provided my wife, Yvonne, and myself a great place to live and to grow in both our personal lives and business interests. In 2007 we purchased the Wainwright Bowling Centre and added Dog 'N Suds Sports Lounge in 2008. This was always a dream of mine, to own a bowling centre, as I was fortunate to have been 3 times a Canadian National Champion in 5 pin bowling, along with winning the 1987 CBC Championship Series, and other bowling achievements. Wainwright, from the first day I arrived, treated me and my family like we had been here all our lives. A true quality of our community! Stop in any time, my office door is always open.

Connie Naf

Service Manager

Connie joined the Norris Ford Family in 2007, and has served in several different roles since then. She has found a perfect fit in her current role as Service Manager, which she has held since 2016. Outside of work, time with family is Connie’s first love - but summer camping is a close second!

Carl Nemyo

Fixed Operations Manager

After being born and raised in Wainwright, I spent some years away seeking the bright city lights, but there is something about this town that just always brings me home. My family and I came back in 2016, and I'm so happy to have found a place in the Norris Ford family again. When I'm not at work, I stay busy trying to keep up with our 5 kids, and enjoying time with friends & family.

Becky Small

Parts Manager

Becky has 20 years of Ford experience. She started her parts career in 1996 and obtained her Journeyman certification 3 years later. With a leave to have and raise her family, she returned to Norris in 2009. Anyone who knows Becky knows that she is extremely friendly, helpful and above all knowledgeable. She’s been an asset from day one as part of our award winning team and we know that her leadership in our Parts Department will benefit our customers for years to come!

Todd Creasy

Collision Centre Manager

Todd is one of our pioneer staff members, who claims he "came with the building". Born in Wainwright, he started in the Autobody industry in 1991, a year after graduating high school. He has been with Ford since 1994, taking a small break to pursue his love for art in Okanagan College in 1996. He has been on the team ever since, and has been managing the Bodyshop since 2007. When not fixing fender benders, you can find him with his wife and two children cruising the outdoors on quads or off camping and fishing trying to catch the "big one".

Natalie Rae

Marketing and Communications Manager

I was raised in rural Alberta and moved to Wainwright in 2006. Although my lifetime goal was always to be a Ninja Turtle I decided that the Environmental Science Program at Lakeland College was another great option. Shortly after completing my program, I took another turn in my career path and joined the Norris Ford Family in 2011! I know that my career choices have been unorthodox at times but ultimately I landed myself a great position, with an amazing company, and I've made some lifetime friendships along the way.

Sales

Coby Frissell

Coby also loves helping others on a daily basis. After the birth of his third child, he retired from the Wainwright Fire Department in September of 2017 after 5 years of service. He now keeps busy with coaching his kids activities and getting involved whenever he can! He's been a part of our Sales team since 2010 and was part of a National Ford Employee Pricing Commercial in 2015! He’s always smiling, and welcomes anyone and everyone to come by and say hello, even if you’re not in the market for a new vehicle!

John Hovde

Sales Consultant

John began his career with Ford in 1970, at his family's dealership in Hughenden. He worked there for 20 years then moved to Warriner Ford in 1990. John remained part of the decor when it became Norris Ford and has been here ever since! John loves to ski and play hockey. He also loves to travel, especially to places where there is a golf course! John enjoys spending quality time with his grand children!

Rod Oracheski

Sales Consultant

I ran through a slew of jobs before hitting my first 'real' job with a stint at Star News here in Wainwright. I was proud to write and photograph the local sports scene, and to write both an opinion column (that got me in trouble about as often as it earned me praise) and a gaming column, one that I've continued since leaving the paper. After 10 years with the local newspaper, I made the jump to sales with a job at Wainalta Motors. I picked up a lot about the sales process in just over a year there, and want to continue to learn after making the jump in 2014 to bigger opportunities here at Norris Ford. In my personal life, I've been a gamer since my parents picked me up an Atari 2600 at a second hand store when I was a kid, though it's been harder to find time for it now with three kids in the house, and my predominantly game-related YouTube channel is just shy of three million views. The 10 years at the paper also turned me into a bit of a photography buff and I still find myself answering odd photography-related questions at the most random times. Whether or not you're in the market for a vehicle right now, feel free to swing by and chat.

Danny Pettipas

Sales Consultant

I grew up in Bonnyville and originally my family is from Nova Scotia. Right after high school graduation I got my first job on a commercial construction site at CFB Wainwright. I spent roughly 10 years in the oilfield industry, before I decided I wanted to pursue a new career. I’ve always loved meeting new people and getting to know them - so something in sales seemed fitting. In my free time I love to play hockey, golf and video games. I am very happy to be a part of the Norris Ford Sales team, and look forward to serving you in your automotive needs.
